The city of Leuven prepared for a historic moment:
The very first Leuven Pride!
On October 10, 2024, the city was filled with love and a celebration of all the colors of the rainbow. With just under 1200 people, the Leuven Pride was an overwhelming success!

Pride mars
A festive procession towards the Smoldersplein. Put on your best clothes, put on some glitter and walk along! We gather on the side of De Klimop to leave together across Bondgenootlaan.
We leave promptly at 7 pm!
Pride celebration on Smoldersplein
The rainbow community will do what it does best: we will build a street party with food, drinks and dancing until 22:00. At 21:00, Live Drag singer/performer La Diva will perform for us.
Upon arrival, we will also inaugurate the new LGBTQ+ monument.
Pride Afterparty
A spectacular party with the best drags and DJs from inside and outside Leuven, hosted by Georgy Gorgeous and Queer Leuven. The café of the Optimist remains accessible to everyone, for the show and the party tickets are required (to be ordered in advance, not available via the box office).
